A growing organization on the north side of Columbus, OH is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Assignment Length: Approximately 2-3 months with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review and enter monthly utility invoices
• Support invoice processing and related recordkeeping
• Assist with transactional accounting activities and administrative support
• Maintain organized financial documentation and vendor records
• Provide additional support with purchase orders and field-related documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year previous accounts payable or accounting clerk experience
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, formatting and editing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Experience assisting with purchase orders is helpful

Additional Information:

• Immediate need with interviews available right away
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Convenient location on the north side of Columbus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
