Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing procedural documentation, optimizing performance through process improvement, and bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role involves analyzing performance measures, creating dashboards and scorecards, and supporting IT-related initiatives to ensure efficient and user-friendly data management solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procedural documentation for IT processes. Identify and analyze performance measures and metrics for IT functions and services. Create and maintain dashboards and balanced scorecards to monitor performance. Participate in compliance validation and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions. Support project planning and contribute to process optimization activities. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of technical experience. Experience in problem analysis and process documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SQL and requirements documentation.
