Job Details The Divisional Sales Manager is directly responsible for the management and coordination of activities of the Regional and Territory Managers in order to achieve the established annual sales goals. Qualifications, Specialized Skills and Knowledge An undergraduate degree in business or science or the equivalent in experience A minimum of three (3) years of proven expertise managing and leading staff A minimum of five (5) years demonstrated sales ability with a professional customer base, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry Outstanding oral and written communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency. Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships.
