Position Overview:
Bizzetta are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. 

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in resolving product or service issues with a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
