Senior CLM Solutions Architect

Detailed Job Description - 12 years of experience required:
Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM solutions to support client buy-side and sell-side contracting processes.
Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs to meet complex business and legal requirements.
Implement and support integrations between Icertis and upstream/downstream enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Order Management, billing).
Configure contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, templates, and metadata models.
Support contract-to-order and contract-to-revenue traceability to enable accurate financial and operational reporting.
Lead data migration activities from legacy contract systems into Icertis, ensuring data integrity and validation.
Participate in Agile delivery cycles, supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-production stabilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Produce technical design documentation and ensure adherence to Icertis and client enterprise best practices.
