Job TitleAccounting, Budget Execution, and Financial Management LeaderJob DescriptionYou will lead complex accounting, budget execution, and financial management programs supporting a large, multi-mission military organization.You will supervise professional staff, establish work plans, assign priorities, evaluate performance, and manage staffing and resource requirements.You will direct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic goals, resource allocation, program execution, and senior-leader decision making.You will resolve complex accounting, budget, personnel, contractor, and operational issues while improving processes and eliminating barriers to mission accomplishment.You will oversee financial integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and validity of accounting, budget execution, and managerial financial reports.You will coordinate with senior leaders, DFAS, DLA, OMB, military services, contractors, and external stakeholders to defend programs and secure resources.
