Accounting Manager

Technical Associates is a multi-disciplined, full-service engineering, construction, installation, fabrication, and staffing organization. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role is based in our Albany, GA office. Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, Vision, Life & LTD insurance Vacation and paid holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliations Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate audits including Workers’ Comp and General Liability Tax filings and financial reporting Daily Banking entries Client and intercompany invoicing Manage and support accounting department and staff Back-up for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll 5 - 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior accounting management or supervisory experience leading a team Strong Proficiency with accounting software programs and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving BS degree preferred or related work experience considered #J-18808-Ljbffr Technical Associates
