We are seeking a motivated and energetic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks related to event setup, management, and teardown. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Provide support during events, including guest assistance, registration, and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure event areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the event.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all requirements and specifications are met.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of event planning and execution.
• Familiarity with audio-visual equipment setup and operation.
• Customer service experience.
