Senior Director, Product, Care Foundations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Product, Care Foundations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the product strategy for foundational care operations, with a focus on scaling systems that improve service delivery across the organization. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to advance automation, streamline provider and claims workflows, and strengthen the operational backbone supporting the broader business. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a product executive who can combine strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong team development to drive measurable outcomes.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $245,000 – $328,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision and strategy for care foundations
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Leaders
• Act as product owner for operational platforms, aligning investments with company goals
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to optimize operational workflows
• Scale AI-driven servicing platforms across support channels
• Modernize claims rules and denial management systems to reduce friction
• Oversee provider platform experiences from onboarding to compensation models

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in complex healthcare ecosystems
• 5+ years of people management experience leading product teams
• Proven track record of managing large-scale product organizations
• Experience building and scaling operational systems and automated servicing tools
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L dynamics
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• High analytical rigor for evidence-based decision-making
