Business Office Manager

Hillcrest Care Center

Job Description We are a 36-bed SNF and 14-bed ALF. We accept private pay, Medicaid, and Medicare residents. This person is responsible for billing Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay. They handle accounts payable, assist the Administrator with accounts receivable, and manage payroll. They keep resident accounts up to date, oversee HR, manage new‑hire paperwork, and serve as HIPAA compliance officer. We use QuickBooks and Matrix Care for billing and resident accounts. They assist in preparing financials for board meetings, city council meetings, and the annual budget. Qualifications Experience or a degree in business management preferred, but not required.
