The facility operates as a community health clinic delivering outpatient primary care services to a general patient population that spans all ages. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery, with on-site support staff including APPs, medical assistants, and front desk personnel. The facility maintains established protocols to accommodate locum tenens coverage on an on-site, day shift basis.

The assignment area offers clinicians access to a broad range of cultural, entertainment, outdoor, and dining experiences suited to varied interests. Venues such as the AvidXchange Music Factory and Blumenthal Performing Arts provide live music and performing arts programming, while Charlotte Motor Speedway draws motorsports enthusiasts. Natural escapes including Lake Norman complement urban districts such as South End, Uptown, and Camp North End, which collectively offer dining, shopping, and community events. The area also features a recognized dining scene that includes a MICHELIN-starred restaurant, providing a range of options during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site community health clinic, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across an adult-predominant panel, with pediatric cases included for clinicians who are comfortable managing that population. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
