About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgery Physician Assistant for a dynamic 120-day assignment in North Carolina. This full-time role offers a 4x10s schedule, requiring Monday and Friday availability with other days negotiable, typically working 7a to 3p. The Physician Assistant will primarily manage inpatient services, supporting four HPB surgeons and providing care for benign and malignant HPB diagnoses, with occasional clinic coverage as needed. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide support to four HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) surgeons.
• Primarily cover inpatient service responsibilities.
• Offer occasional clinic coverage as required.
• Manage cases involving benign and malignant HPB diagnoses.
• Collaborate with three additional Advanced Practice Providers.

• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Physician Assistant National Recertifying Exam (PANRE)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients Per Day: 15
• LOA: 120 Days
