Operations Analyst

Monitoring and tracking operational projects across multiple business units, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will conduct data analysis and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Key responsibilities Monitor operational projects to ensure timely completion and compliance Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and provide insights Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve operational issues and implement improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. required Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment Experience in Medicaid or other health insurance environments Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
