We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Birthday Party Host to join our team at My Gym. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable and engaging birthday parties for toddlers and young children. Your primary focus will be on leading fun activities, games, and gymnastics exercises while ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

As a Birthday Party Host, you will create high-energy, fun-filled, and well-organized birthday celebrations for toddlers and young children. Your role will involve leading engaging games, activities, and gymnastics exercises, ensuring that every guest feels included and has a fantastic experience. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, excels in delivering exceptional customer service to both party hosts and their guests, and has a vibrant personality with a passion for making every moment memorable.

Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating games, activities, and gymnastics fun for birthday party guests, ensuring that every child feels welcomed and included in all activities, preparing and tidying up party areas, engaging with parents to ensure the party runs smoothly and meets their expectations, and maintaining a high-energy, positive atmosphere throughout the event.

Qualifications include previous experience working with young children in an organized play environment, a strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team member, excellent communication skills to interact clearly with staff and guests, capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while engaging in activities.

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
