Schedule/Hours: Monday Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm plus overtime as needed and flexibility to work a rotating Saturday schedule.

Pay Rate: Starting at $27/hr and up based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Drive sales and initiatives including margin and freight compliance.
• Maintain order management log and execute fulfillment on customer orders/projects.
• Ability to work with vendor partners.
• Ability to work and navigate through several departments including support to our counter.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Ability to effectively use warehouse management system, online platforms [both internal and external], and software systems to obtain information and execute orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a great plus
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
