Clinical Care Coordinator

Clinical Coordinator A Clinical Coordinator at CBI provides clinical and administrative supervision, oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team. The Coordinator ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded, and that assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on the team. Job Summary The role focuses on supervising clinical staff, managing case workflow, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality behavioral health services across multiple settings. Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or a combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working with the SMI population in multiple care settings, including mental health and substance abuse. Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities. Ability to pass a criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance. Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a 39‑month clear MVR. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification. CPR/First Aid certification. Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training.
