Sales Representative – NYC, New York Japanese company seeks a Sales Representative. Outside Sales for assigned accounts on the East Coast, for example US Major Supermarkets. We are looking to add a new member to the team. This Company goes to business using a network of Food Brokers, such as Acosta Sales and Marketing and Advantage Sales. Essential Job Functions Proven ability to execute an effective marketing & sales strategy; can analyze the competitive landscape, define a course of action, and meet the needs of brokers/ customers Ability to forecast and communicate monthly volume and spending information Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint required, along with the ability to understand/analyze syndicated data including experience using IRI / Nielsen database. Should be a highly motivated and organized self-starter who strives for excellence and thrives in an independent work environment; should also possess strong planning skills and be disciplined in time management Manages and supervises broker communications Manage account receivables for assigned customer on a timely basis. Check the delivery and reimbursement from clients Visit customers, Product suggestion and negotiation. Requirements Must have a US valid driver's license. Must be familiar with the NYC area. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be fluent (Read, Write and Speak) in English.
