Job Title: Line Cook – Salad Station
Requirement: Must pass U.S. work authorization verification

Job Summary:
The Salad Station Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing all cold dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation. This role supports the culinary team by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble salads, cold appetizers, and garnishes according to recipes and standards

• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and labeling (FIFO, temperature control)

• Ensure all ingredients are prepped, stocked, and ready for service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

• Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management

• Assist with prep and other stations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or prep experience preferred, especially in garde manger or salad station

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

• Requires standing for long periods and working in cold environments

• Ability to lift and carry up to ~40 lbs
