As our Midtown Manhattan office continues to expand, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representatives . You'll work face-to-face with business clients, build lasting professional relationships, and create exceptional customer experiences through paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on mentorship.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled face-to-face meetings with business clients
• Build professional relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Learn about each client's needs and introduce programs and services that best support their business goals
• Respond to client questions with a professional, solution-focused approach
• Follow up with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and positive experiences
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
• Participate in paid training, daily coaching, and team development meetings
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and office goals

About the Role

This is a fully on-site position located in Midtown Manhattan.

Our team works directly with business clients to build strong relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and introduce solutions that support their business goals. This position combines customer experience, relationship building, and client consulting in a professional B2B environment.

This is not a call center, front desk, receptionist, technical support, or remote position.
