User Experience Researcher

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to support digital experiences within the loyalty and co-branded credit card space for a major airline in the Dallas-Fort Worth area . This is a hands-on mixed-methods research role working closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, evaluate experiences, and influence product strategy. This is a hybrid role in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Candidates must currently live in the DFW area to be considered and be available onsite Tuesday-Thursday. Top Skills & Experience 5+ years of UX Research experience owning end-to-end research for complex digital products. Strong mixed-methods research experience , including qualitative and quantitative approaches such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis. Experience developing research strategies and roadmaps aligned with product objectives and business priorities. Experience using digital analytics and behavioral tools , such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar platforms, to supplement primary research. Strong experience partnering with Product, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to turn research findings into actionable product decisions. What You'll Do Own research initiatives from problem definition through research, synthesis, recommendations, and product implementation. Plan and execute mixed-methods research including interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis. Combine qualitative findings with quantitative and behavioral data to identify customer needs, friction points, and product opportunities. Use tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to understand customer behavior and strengthen research findings. Partner closely with Product and Design to inform product strategy, prioritization, and design decisions. Translate complex research into clear, actionable insights for product teams and senior stakeholders. Advocate for the customer while balancing user needs, product goals, and business objectives. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional UX Research experience Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities Experience researching web and mobile digital products Experience with analytics or behavioral data platforms Ability to independently scope, execute, synthesize, and present research Strong stakeholder management and research storytelling skills Portfolio demonstrating research process, methodology, findings, and impact Preferred: Experience within loyalty, co-branded credit cards, financial services, travel, e-commerce, or other complex consumer digital experiences . Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area - must currently live in the area to be considered Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday (mandatory) Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C) Duration: 1 year + highly likely extension Portfolio: Required for consideration Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law Pay Range: Up to $80 per hour (W2) Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; market labor costs; the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions.
