UXR Hunt
Nelnet seeks a curious, experienced User Experience Researcher to join our internal design team. Beyond leading best-in-class research, this role owns our agentic UX synthesis pipeline — developing and validating AI-assisted tooling that drafts plans and reports to inform product decisions. You'll apply diverse methods—surveys, interviews, usability tests, journey mapping—and collaborate with stakeholders across Nelnet's product ecosystem to turn insights into strategic actions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
