Content Management Analyst

CST and EST time zone working hours - 8 am to 5:30 pm
Interview process consist of reviewing of resumes and Teams Video interview with other team members.


Key Responsibilities:

• Author and update a large number of web pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Ensures proactive content governance and maintenance processes to ensure consistency, timeliness, accuracy and relevance.
• Follow content and design guidelines to ensure a consistent approach across the public website.
• Maintain and update web content for appropriate legal, brand, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
• Author digital content as needed, including policies, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs

Skills and Requirements

• Proficient in AEM
• Experience with Jira and SharePoint
• Prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website(s)
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional digital strategy team to meet measurable objectives
• Accurate with an attention-to-detail

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content author
• Experience in health care or other highly regulated industries

Required Skills : Top Requirements: 1. Manager's main concern is AEM experience - only day to day role is taking PDF files and formatting them into AEM. Ideally would like 3+ years of experience. 2. Candidates must be committed to completing the assignment with minimal time off (quick deadline here - holidays off of course but need no long vacations planned). 3. Contract only must be approved states- Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. 4. Jire and Sharepoint are plusses.
