About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care to our residents. This includes administering medications, performing vital signs, and completing wound care. You will also be responsible for documenting resident information and communicating with other healthcare providers.
