Revenue Cycle Support Expert - Long-Term Care

The Financial Support Expert is responsible for supporting clients with complex questions and issues related to WellSky's financial solutions. The scope of this job includes providing crucial support and expert knowledge to our clients through the utilization of our systems. This position is with our Post Acute Care Facilities Support team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial applications and resolve client needs via phone, Zoom, or email. Host financial management solution training sessions to enable client success. Create and maintain financial reporting training materials. Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes. Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client‑facing issues. Perform other job duties as assigned.
