Setting: Outpatient Clinic About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Eau Claire, WI. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New grads welcome; outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- No weekends required
