Space-rated wire harnesses dont get a second chance once theyre integrated onto a satellite every splice crimp and routing decision has to be right the first time. Youll be the harnessing authority inside our development lab the person engineering teams come to when a new build needs to get off the ground and the person our harnessing technicians come to when a build needs a second set of expert eyes.

About the team
The Amazon Leo Development Operations (DevOps) team builds and maintains the labs and technical infrastructure that support hardware development across the program from early prototyping through qualification testing. Our harnessing capability is a critical part of that infrastructure: nearly every subsystem that moves through our labs depends on a harness built right the first time.
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on development environment and takes real pride in workmanship. Youll work side-by-side with engineering teams standing up new hardware and with lab technicians building it so clear communication and a coaching mindset matter as much as technical skill.
