SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We have an opening for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: Batesville, AR 72501. Full‑time schedule: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday. Days and hours may vary. Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only. 2 years of janitorial experience and 1 year of leadership experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
