Exciting Opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Our organization is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for our Mission Hills location in California. • Full-time role for a board-certified or board-eligible physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Practice location: Mission Hills, California
• Outpatient care only, with no hospital duties
• Focus on quality patient outcomes and evidence-based practices
• Shared after-hours call among regional physicians (approximately once a month)
• Collaborative care environment supported by experienced clinical staff
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to better serve our diverse patient population

• Full-time physicians work 4.5 days per week

• Annual compensation ranging from $280,000 to $350,000

Our organization operates as the Management Services Organization (MSO) for our medical group, with facilities in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. We employ over 240 physicians across various specialties, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health Services (OB/Gyn), and Orthopedic Surgery. Our extensive network of specialists ensures we meet the diverse needs of our patients effectively. We also operate two fully functional Urgent Care Centers in Santa Clarita and San Fernando, consistently recognized for clinical excellence.

Mission Hills is situated approximately eight miles northwest of Burbank in northern Los Angeles County. This area, part of the northern San Fernando Valley and adjacent to the Santa Clarita Valley, is one of the fastest-growing regions in Southern California. It serves as a vibrant hub for commerce and industry, with convenient access to popular beach destinations like Ventura and Santa Barbara.
