About Us: Marketing Consultancy Lab We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and possesses excellent communication abilities. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting various departments to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients at the front desk
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintaining and organizing office files and records
- Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
$14 - $17 per hour
