This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, supporting process improvements, and delivering high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, quality‑focused, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative production team. Key Responsibilities Production Execution Perform specialized manufacturing and production tasks according to company standards and operational procedures Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production schedules to ensure accurate execution Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently Assist with product assembly, fabrication, packaging, or finishing processes as needed Maintain productivity while ensuring attention to detail and workmanship quality Quality Control Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues and report concerns to leadership Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout all stages of production Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Process Support Assist in improving manufacturing workflows, operational efficiency, and production processes Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Support team productivity through effective communication and cooperation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions, specifications, and production procedures accurately Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery Familiarity with quality control procedures and production standards Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or industrial manufacturing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Fabuwood-Cabinetr
