This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and inquiries from members, providing professional, accurate, and timely support. Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and service-related concerns. Deliver a personalized customer experience through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. Resolve complex member issues while collaborating with internal departments to ensure complete resolution. Accurately document member interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems. Navigate multiple applications and databases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer engagement. Follow established procedures, compliance requirements, and privacy standards. Identify trends and provide feedback that contributes to process and service improvements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
