Trading Analyst

This role involves overseeing and executing key operations functions related to bank loan trade settlements, providing support to Loan Trading Desks, and driving process improvements. Function Oversee outsourced operations functions including bank loan trade settlements, cash reconciliation, and CLO cash management; drive settlement priority for liquidity and ramp-ups. Perform daily quality control checks on outsourced processes. Execute retained operations functions such as fund setup in ClearPar, SSI setup in ADFlow, and KYC pre-approvals with agent banks. Provide daily operational support to U.S. and U.K. Loan Trading Desks. Act as a point of escalation for custodians and trustees. Monitor and maintain daily and monthly trade metrics, including volumes, aged trades, and delayed compensation. Support projects and process improvements as needed. Requirements In-depth knowledge of LSTA/LMA bank loan settlement processes and the full bank loan life cycle (from trade allocation and settlement through loan activities, corporate actions, and restructurings). Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance or a related field required. 2 years of experience in bank loan operations. Advanced Excel skills and practical experience leveraging AI at work. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI. Strong record of academic achievement, including a high GPA.
