Agency Expansion Opportunity

Profitable and growing agency based in the northern VA is seeking to start up an office in the MD area/Baltimore metro or Annapolis. Seeking a strong established producer with a book of business to bring to kick off the office. Has 2 producers in MD working from home that would join the office. This person would head up the office if they can bring $500K+ in commissions. Compensation will be negotiated depending on the book. Client will buy the book, or do a 60/40 buy out, or other. This client has a vision to grow nationally in various niches, and strengths are in the 'integrated approach' to client's portfolio. Excellent support and depth for property and casualty as well as employee benefits, group, and individual Life, Health, Pension, Key man, High net worth individuals.
