Now Hiring: Full-Time 3rd Shift Home Health Aides in Columbia City, IN

Position Details:

Location: Columbia City, IN
Schedule: Full-Time, 3rd Shift
Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and mobility
Perform range-of-motion and mobility exercises per care plan
Report changes in client condition to the nurse case manager

Requirements:

Active Indiana HHA license (or CNA with relevant home care experience)
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in home health care
CPR certification (current)
Physical exam and negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties of the job
Clear drug test and background screening
Strong verbal and written communication skills
HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality
