Brand Consistency: Ensure your designs adhere to the established client’s brand, maintaining consistency across various touchpoints and channels to reinforce their identity. Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with other designers and motion designers to brainstorm, pitch, and develop innovative design concepts that align with project goals and business objectives. Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on feedback from managers and clients, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and improve upon initial concepts. Stay Updated: Stay in touch with industry trends, design best practices, and new technologies through mentorship, participation in training, and team-building activities to continually enhance your design skills and share insights with the team. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are visually appealing by using design principles including hierarchy, alignment, balance, contrast and more. Time Management: Manage your time as efficiently as possible by ensuring a high quality product but still adhering to our fast-paced work environment. Organization: Integrate our standards of file organization and project management systems into your workflow.
