Job Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatology Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive on-site dermatologic care within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities Provide dermatology consultations and evaluations for SNF/LTC residents Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions, including skin cancers Perform dermatologic procedures within scope, including biopsies and lesion removal Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation in EMR systems Participate in quality improvement and survey-readiness initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency Active New York State medical license DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Experience in SNF/LTC preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Essen Health Care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically-diverse population.
