Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Socorro, NM. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily skills following injury, illness, or disability while experiencing a new community.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active New Mexico Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Ability to meet productivity requirement of 90% as specified by the client (preferred).
Willingness to follow facility and company policies and procedures, including dress code of black scrubs and onsite presence to receive guaranteed hours.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience working with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred.

Assignment Details
Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Therapist must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours.
Therapist required to follow company policies and procedures.
Regional Director of Therapy will conduct interview.
Therapist may cancel contract with two weeks’ notice, per client policy.
