We provide a vibrant, uplifting environment where seniors can socialize, stay active, build routine, and truly celebrate their golden years. Our members enjoy fitness classes, creative workshops, memory care support, games, movies, gardening, and so much more - all in a safe and welcoming space. The role We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Caregiver to join our team. You'll work directly with our senior members, helping them feel engaged, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day. Scheduling is flexible — we offer both full-time and part-time positions and will work with you to find hours that fit your life. What you'll do - Assist members with daily activities and personal care needs throughout their time at the club - Support and participate in group programming - fitness, games, creative workshops, and events - Monitor member wellbeing and report any changes to the team or supervisor - Provide memory care support in a patient, respectful manner - Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every member feels included - Assist with light meal/snack prep and dining support as needed What we're looking for - Genuine passion for working with seniors and older adults - Prior experience in caregiving, elder care, or a related field preferred - but we'll train the right person - Patient, kind, and reliable with strong communication skills - Ability to assist with light physical tasks (some lifting/mobility support may be required) - CNA/CPR/First Aid certification a plus - Must be dependable and a true team player Why join us - $16.00 - $20.00/hr (depending on experience) - competitive pay for meaningful work - Flexible scheduling — we'll work around you - Daytime hours only, no overnight shifts - Positive, supportive team environment - Be part of an award-winning, community-loved organization that truly makes a difference every day Ready to join the family?
