Experienced HVAC professionals: We’re looking for you.
C&D Cooling & Heating is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician and/or Installer to join our team. If you have strong hands-on experience and can diagnose, repair, install, or lead a crew, we want to talk to you.
This is an opportunity for an experienced technician to put their skills to work without the corporate pressure, constant sales expectations, or micromanagement.
We are a family-owned HVAC company with a reputation for honesty, reliability, and quality workmanship , and we've been serving our customers since 1969 .

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced residential HVAC professional who takes pride in their work and knows how to get the job done right.
You may be a great fit if your background is primarily in:
Service
- Residential HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance
- Repairs
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Identifying system problems and determining the appropriate repair
Installation
- Residential HVAC system replacement and installation
- Running an installation from start to finish
- Proper equipment setup
- Ability to lead an install crew
- Maintaining quality workmanship and job-site standards
Both Service & Installation
- Experience in both areas is a major plus and will be highly valued.
Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Strong candidates with substantial hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems
- Installation experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to lead an installation team is a plus
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- Must be available for full-time work
- Must have your own basic hand and installation tools
- Trade school or technical training is a plus, but experience and ability are what matter most
