Behavior Technician Location: Dearborn, MI. As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board‑Certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA. Support clinicians and help children and their families acquire new skills through effective therapy for autism. Communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Qualifications Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program. Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Self‑motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
