You'll review job scopes, materials, permits, purchase orders, and customer expectations to ensure every project is installation-ready before work begins. Throughout the day, you'll partner with installers, sales teams, customers, and leadership to solve challenges, keep schedules on track, monitor crew performance, and drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.OUR IDEAL PRODUCTION MANAGERWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:2+ years of experience in residential home services, construction, installation operations, or a similar production/operations environmentExperience working with scheduling, field employees, job costing, and performance metricsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAt least 3 years of residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical production or installation management experience, ServiceTitan experience, and expertise in scheduling, job costing, permits, purchase orders, inventory coordination, labor percentages, revenue metrics, and production KPIs are preferred.ABOUT USWhen customers throughout the Greater Milwaukee area need first-rate residential HVAC or electrical services, our talented team at Over The Moon is there to answer the call.
