We're partnering with a well-established private investment firm in Menlo Park, CA that is looking to add an Accountan t to its collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment with broad exposure to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and investment operations. What You'll Do: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports Manage AP/AR and support multi-entity accounting Assist with tax, payroll, and compliance activities Maintain banking, investment, and financial records Support process improvements and day-to-day finance operations What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Experience with QuickBooks and Excel Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently If you're looking for a role where you'll have meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a small, collaborative team, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Westwood & Wilshire LLC
