Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Allergy team at the Tacoma Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. If you are dedicated and forward-thinking, we are looking for a clinician who is energized by collaboration, passionate about patient-centered specialty care and excited to help build and evolve in a high-impact role within the Service Line.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Allergy/Immunology and is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient with a flexible schedule of 4/10 hour shifts.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $143,649 to $168,999 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience). There is also an annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals. WPMG contributes a percent of your base salary to your 401(k), with optional employee contributions and immediate 100% vesting. There is also a cash balance pension plan that provides an additional opportunity for pre-tax retirement savings. There is a defined pathway to WPMG shareholder status within a clinician-owned, clinician-led organization. New hire incentives include a relocation allowance up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer).

Qualifications include a Physician Assistant Degree, NCCPA Certified (PA-C), ability to obtain an unrestricted Federal DEA, and ability to obtain a WA State Medical License. Clinical experience in Allergy/Immunology is preferred.
