Trustal Recruiting is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in home services and trades. We create durable, mutually beneficial matches between skilled candidates and reputable employers. We seek a disciplined, businessminded Trades Recruiter who appreciates the operational dynamics of the trades and who will represent our clients with professionalism and care.

Compensation & Employment Type

• Salary: $55,000-60,000 per year (DOE)
• Fulltime, W2, remote
• Schedule flexibility available with expectation of compensatory hours as needed
• Benefits implementation planned for 2027 (health, 401(k), and additional offerings)

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and execute fullcycle recruitment to fill open positions
• Utilize RecruiterFlow (ATS) to track requisitions, identify and progress qualified candidates, and maintain accurate records
• Source and actively invite applicants via job boards; conduct video screenings and assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide regular status updates and respond to inquiries promptly
• Manage job postings and budget allocations on hiring platforms; adjust strategies to optimize results
• Participate in a daily 9:00 AM huddle and scheduled team meetings and trainings
• Undertake additional projects within the scope of the role as required

Required Attributes and Skills

• Demonstrated recruiting experience in trades, manufacturing, or home services preferred
• Business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with owners and managers at all levels
• Highly driven, organized, and reliably executes responsibilities without close oversight (GSDoriented)
• Rapid learner with initiative to research and resolve questions independently
• Strong client service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, compassionate demeanor; resourceful and critical thinker
