Business Analyst

Business Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SAFe Scrum Master methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in an Agile environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives, as a certified SAFe Scrum Master. Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Assist in the prioritization of the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Scrum Master. Proven experience in business analysis within Agile environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. Familiarity with business process modeling techniques. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SAFe Scrum Master certification is required. 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
