The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising financial operations, overseeing accounting staff, and playing a key role in strategic financial planning and analysis. This includes managing financial operations and accounting personnel, developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, performing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and audits. The Deputy CFO will also be involved in allocating capital funds for projects, monitoring financial viability, and preparing financial reports for leadership and the board. Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or business administration, along with Certified Public Accountant credentials. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, is required. Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
