The posted salary rangeOverview: The Strategic Market Planning & Analytics team at Kaiser Permanente is seeking dynamic team members to support and enable National Health Plan business strategies, growth initiatives, and performance monitoring. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify growth opportunities, foster alignment, and drive strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing short and long-term strategies, analyzing data to inform business decisions, identifying and monitoring performance measures, accelerating growth, and leading communication and change management efforts. Job Summary:In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for managing business strategy and/or initiative planning by developing a new organizational strategy process and coordinating key players for leadership strategy conversations; facilitating leadership decision making by leveraging advanced knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics); coordinating strategy community of practices by facilitating knowledge sharing across functions and entities to identify the right strategic priorities; developing frameworks to facilitate strategy development by leveraging Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and gap analyses to ensure that strategic opportunities are correctly identified; prioritizing strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans to establish management incentives; and providing ongoing initiative management and prioritization in real time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews).Essential Responsibilities:Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members; builds relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers.
