We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team on a very part-time basis. The Cleaning Technician must also be willing to work once a week at nigh in a gym facility. This position is ideal for someone looking for supplemental income such as a student, retiree, stay at home mom or anyone looking for flexible side job. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at residential and/or commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works independently and can be trusted to complete tasks thoroughly with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Keep properties in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform general cleaning duties including, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchen, bathrooms etc.
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues damages, or safety concerns.
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with clients.
- Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
