Facilities Manager (Female) The Facilities Manager will assist the Account Lead in leading a team or vendor group to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility. The role acts as the on‑site key point of contact for stakeholders or clients when the Facilities Manager is absent, overseeing site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment, & supplies, occupancy services, and helpdesk functions. Manage, coach, develop, and sustain a high‑quality, well‑motivated team. Ensure high staff morale, trust, and work ethic. Support teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence. Mentor and enable training and development of team members. Client/Stakeholder Management Deliver excellent customer service to meet on‑site client expectations. Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders or clients. Monitor procedures to ensure client expectations are conveyed and acted upon. Procurement & Vendor Management Manage multiple vendors, including hard and soft skills, to deliver services on time and within budget. Handle vendor procurement processes in line with client procurement guidelines and JLL best practices. Contracts Management Ensure all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the JLL Code of Ethics. Monitor contract expiry and initiate re‑procurement when needed. Continuously assess contracts to ensure best value to the client. Finance Management Ensure site financial operations meet targets and control requirements. Assist and monitor financial processes to ensure accounts payable procedures are followed. Health & Safety Management Implement and manage safety procedures to provide a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards. Site Operations Management Implement industry best practice operations. Monitor building procedures and performance measures. Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met. Sought cost reduction and operational improvement opportunities. Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance. Risk Management Implement and manage a property risk management program. Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures. Adhere to JLL’s business conduct and compliance guidelines. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
