Senior Associate of Commercial Contracts

Join a growing life sciences organization and play a key role in supporting Commercial Operations by managing contracts from initiation through execution. You'll work closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements are processed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Manage contracts using CLM, DocuSign & ERP systems Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, and execution Support vendor onboarding, POs, SOWs, and invoices Track contract status and ensure timely follow-up Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and meet business needs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree 3+ years of contract administration or procurement experience 2+ years using CLM & ERP systems Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries preferred Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Preferred Skills Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Purchase Orders (POs) Contract Negotiation ERP Systems DocuSign CLM Commercial Operations If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Meet Life Sciences
